She is survived by: her children, Michael Ellsworth (Christina) of Hernando, MS, Debra Wcisel-Ellsworth of Alpena, Randy Ellsworth (Marcy) of St. Joseph, MI, Karen Ellsworth (Derrick) of Laurel, MD and Kathy Whittemore (Jason) of Caledonia, MI.; and her siblings, Margaret Crowl, Katherine Gnadinger, Roy Burnham (Christine), Grace Gohl (Chuck) and Carrie Burnham.
