He was predeceased by: his brother Maverick McCarty; his grandparents, Joseph Weber, Dale, Patricia McCarty, Lloyd and Pat Smoke; his aunt Heather Nuoffer; and his cousin Sabrina Nuoffer.

He is survived by: his parents, Traycie Lynn McCarty (Monte) of Hudson and Tony Lee Whitman; his son Colt; his grandmother Linda McCoy of Hudson; his siblings, Brett Weber of Hudson, Joshua Weber of Hudson, Nate McCarty (Hanna) of Devil's Lake, Deven Weber of Clayton, Brayden Weber of Hudson, Page Mellon of Adrian and Anna Bolenbaugh of Florida; his aunts and uncles, Billie Jo Morse of Clayton, Tonia Nuoffer of Clayton, Jodi Weber of Arizona, Mike McCarty of Hudson, Mitch McCarty of Hudson and Matt McCarty (Brenda) of Fayette; his nieces and nephews, Jozlyn, DJ, Merzedes, Leeland, Violet, Maverick, Chase and Octavia; his cousins, Rylee, Carter Nuoffer and Haley Weber (Selena Vargas); and also Brittany Karn.

Memorials are suggested to the family for future designation for his son, Colt.
