She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Frantom and Leo Mae Frantom (Rozelle); and her brothers, Jim and Warren. She is survived by: her husband Charles Belcher; her children, Ryan Belcher (Beckey), Brenda Dotson (William) and Dawn Jones (Thomas); and her sisters, Pam and Pat. She is also survived by 6 Grandchildren and 9 Great-Grandchildren.
