It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leon Wollet of Hudson, Michigan, who passed away on September 28, 2025, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Leon Wollet to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Wollet and Elsie Mabel Wollet (Gatrell); his wife Georgiana Peltier; his daughter Lynne Anne Lemmons; and his siblings, Agnes Baker, Gerald Wollet, Calvin Wollet, Maxine Kope, Vivian Fitch, William Wollet, Lowell Wollet, Ronald Wollet and John Charles Wollet.
He is survived by: his daughter Christine Starlin (John); his grandchildren, Kelley Cunningham (Steve), Beth Zilka (Bret), Denise Hastings, Andrew Willitts, Matthew Duff (Jenny), Owen Patrick Starlin and Johnny Starlin (Erin); his great grandchildren, Karter, Kenyon, Kadyn, Savannah, Gannon, Jackson, Georgiana, Tyson, Delaney, Griffin, Aniston, Lenox, Foster, Shea, Llian, Ruby and Olive; and his sister Nancy Blunt. He is also survived by three great-great- grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Marry Funeral Home - Hudson (415 W Main St, Hudson, MI 49247). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Maple Grove Cemetery - Hudson (800 N Maple Grove Ave, Hudson, MI 49247).
Memorial contributions can be made in Leon's name to Hospice of Hillsdale County.
