She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Smith and Marion Smith; her siblings, Harold Smith (Delene), Margaret Jenkins (Robert), William Smith (Doris), Lyle Smith (Esther), George Smith, Carl Smith (Marty), Anna Mae Simons (Lewis) and Robert Smith (Joyce); and her sister-in-law Joyce Metzner.
She is survived by: her husband Howard Perrin; her sons, Joseph Perrin (Kim), Tom Perrin (Vicki) and Mark Perrin (Amy); her grandchildren, Ashley Vasiloff, Kelsea Berquist (Travis), Lane Perrin (Ashley), Abby Smith (Clinton), Allison Helder (Jared), Luke Perrin (Nicole), Nolan Perrin and Peyton Perrin; her brother-in-law James Weemhoff (Terry); and her friend Barb Heemstra. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
