He is survived by: his wife Dorothy "Dot"; his children, Mike (Sue TeBos), Julie (Mike Vollink), Jayne (Shaun Macomber) and Lori (Randy Riksen); his grandchildren, Matthew TeBos, Nickolai TeBos, Valeria TeBos, Emily, David Bogertman, Jacob, Megan Vollink, Lauren, Mike Visser, Elise, Cory Meeuwsen, Allison, Collin Bruursema, Julianna Vollink, Molly Vollink, Sharayah Clevenger, Noah Macomber, Caleb, Monica Macomber, Clarissa Macomber, Alexys Riksen, Kadin Riksen, Natalie Riksen, Gavin Riksen, Ryan Riksen, Kaylie Riksen, Ellie Riksen and Ryder Riksen; his great grandchildren, Adelaide, Frances, Margriet, Ramona Bogertman, Graham, Lennon Vollink, Archer, Thomas Visser, Owen and Charlie Clevenger; his sister Sharon (Plaisier); and his sister-in-law Leona DeYoung. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
