She was predeceased by: her husbands, Richard Kendall and Robert Smith; and her brother William Molag. She is survived by: her daughters, Tamera VanPutten (Kirk) and Debra Kerkstra (Larry); her grandchildren, Leaha VanPutten, Kendall VanPutten, Stephanie Anderson (Eric), Joshua Kerkstra (Shayna) and Shelbie Kerkstra; her great grandchildren, Savanah, Jensen and Levi Kerkstra; her siblings, Roger Molag (Joan), Russell Molag (Virginia) and Sheryl Zandstra (Robert); her sister-in-law Mari Molag; her stepchildren, Michael Smith (Amy), Scott Smith (Jeanie) and Jill Genova; and her stepsisters, Connie Meduna (Jon) and Sally Shield (William).
