He was predeceased by: his son John; his son-in-law Dennis Smith; his granddaughter Caitlin; his siblings, Allyn (Janice Sall) and Terry Sall (Marian Bloem); and his in-laws, Roger, Bea Zylema and Jon.
He is survived by: his wife Delores "Dee" Sall; his children, Cherie, Dennis DeHaan, Cathy Sall and MaryJo Sall; his grandchildren, Kim, Greg Parlmer, Nathan, Brandi Sall, Rachel Smith, Brad Smith, Nate Sall-Azevedo and Caili Sall; his great grandchildren, Lowen Parlmer, Layne Parlmer, Livia Parlmer, Ford Sall, Fitz Sall and Grey Sall; his siblings, Harlyn (Sandy Sall) and Joy (Larry Visser); and his in-laws, Jay, Lyn Zylema, Susan Zylema, Mary and Paul VerWoert.
