He is survived by: his children, Mark Vlasman, Kelley Holst, Mike and Maribeth Vlasman; his grandchildren, Ty, Ashley Holst, Terrence (T. R.), Tristen Holst, Kiera, Andrew Lubbers, Kierstin Vlasman, Katiana Holst, Madeline Vlasman and Mitchell Vlasman; his great grandchildren, Elias and Isaac Holst; his stepgranddaughter Lauren Anderson; his sister Eldean Bouwman; and the mother of his children Patricia Vlasman. He is also survived by Many Nieces, nephews and cousins.
