He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Beurkens and Doris Beurkens (Isenga); and his sister Diane Robinson. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughters, Rebecca Haag (Randy) and Sara Harris (Cameron); his grandsons, Alex Haag and Andrew Haag; and his sister Karen Siebelink.
