She was predeceased by: her father Warren Cook; and her sister Kimberly Kehrwecker. She is survived by: her mother Marilyn Cook; her sister Jan (Tom Holstege); her nephews, DJ, Jami Cliffman and Todd Holstege (Rhe); and her great-niece Emberlyn.
