He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Dan, Mary Hoffman, Deb and Mark Bussis; his daughter-in-law Michelle (Ken DeMann); his grandchildren, Ryan, Emily Bussis, Stephanie, Justin Kreuze, Sarah, Adam Bosma, Kyle, Laura Bussis, Joshua Bussis (McKayla Puskarich) and Joseph Hoffman (Shannon Veld); his sisters, Isabelle Jeurink and Lucy Hoffman; and his siblings-in-law, Walter (Butch), Sharon Van Klombenberg and Eugene Walters. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
