He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Gratz and Virginia Gratz; his sister Rebecca Marovich; and his grandmother Elena Graure. He is survived by: his close friend Marianne "Mary" Thoms of Hudsonville; his siblings, Clifford Gratz of Fowlerville, Michigan, Linda Gratz of Skibby, Denmark, Donna Gratz of Florida, Christine Elder of Florence, Kentucky and Karen Reske of Stockbridge, Michigan; his nieces and nephews, Carla, Kristy, Kelly, Jessika, Ashley, Matthew and Gregory; Sarah Thoms (Mike Cooper), Dylan Dreyer (Jaclyn) of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Zoe, Liam, Odin, Ari, Noah and Sylvie. He is also survived by three great-nephews and two great-nieces; along with many extended family members and dear friends.
