He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Wondergem; his grandsons, Tyler, Nathan Wondergem and Spencer Roggow; his son-in-law Allen Roggow; his siblings, Neal (Dee Wondergem), Harry Wondergem, Audrey (Ron Frye) and Alan Wondergem; and his in-laws, Shirley, Chet Arndt, Duane Schut and Phil Brunger.
He is survived by: his children, Scott (Joy Wondergem), Doug Wondergem (Jane Lovett), Judy Roggow and Rev. Rob (Tami Wondergem); his sister Norma Brunger; and his sister-in-law Betty Schut. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the VanderLaan Funeral Home (4917 32nd Ave, Hudsonville, MI 49426). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
