He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Kimberly Holst. He is survived by: his wife Lois Nagelkirk; his children, Dianne (James Holst), Nancy (Timothy Bueche), Gary (Dawn Nagelkirk), Bruce (Amy Nagelkirk) and Carl (Tami Nagelkirk); his sisters, Eleanor Workman, Cornella Petroelje and Norma (Jim Durham); and his in-laws, Milton, Carol Kuyers, John and Marge Kuyers. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren.
