We are sad to announce that on January 9, 2023, at the age of 74, Jack Raymond Folkema of Hudsonville, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mothers, Gladys Folkema and Rhea Folkema; and his siblings-in-law, Harry Shade and Rhonda Pike. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Folkema; his daughters, Jaclyn Folkema of Hudsonville, Jessica Hekman (Jason) of Allendale and Joslyn Rosema (Mike) of Allendale; his grandchildren, Cadence, Graham, Bryson, Weston, Brantley and Blaine; his sisters, Rozetta Melville (Tom) and Ruth Bradfield; and his siblings-in-law, Ross Pike and Sherry Shade. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Stroke Association.
