The passing of Jacob Henry Postma (Hudsonville, Michigan) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on June 9, 2025 at the age of 91. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, August Postma and Johannah Postma; his brothers, David Postma and Al Postma; and his siblings-in-law, Joanne Postma, Barbara Postma and Ray Prins.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Postma; his children, Bruce Postma (Julia), Janice Ruthven (William) and Keri Woodwyk (David); his siblings, Gertrude Prins, Theresa Postma and Harold Postma; and his friend McDonalds. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Hudsonville Reformed Church (3950 Highland Dr, Hudsonville, MI 49426). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In honor of Jacob and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Corewell Health Hospice or Rehobeth Christian School in New Mexico.
