She was predeceased by: her husband Delbert; her son David Hoffman; her sisters, Mary Walters and Shirley Hamming; and her brothers-in-law, Ben Jeurink and Alfred Hamming.
She is survived by: her children, Dan, Mary Hoffman, Deb and Mark Bussis; her daughter-in-law Michelle (Ken DeMann); her grandchildren, Ryan, Emily Bussis, Stephanie, Justin Kreuze, Sarah, Adam Bosma, Kyle, Laura Bussis, Joshua Bussis (McKayla Puskarich), Joseph and Shannon Hoffman; her brother Walter (Butch); her siblings-in-law, Eugene Walters, Isabelle Jeurink and Lucy Hoffman; and her great grandchild Jesus. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be given to Hudsonville Reformed Church (Mission Support Fund).
