She is survived by: her husband Thomas Holstege; her son DJ; her daughter-in-law Jami Cliffman; her granddaughter Emberlyn; her son Todd Holstege; her daughter-in-law Rhema LaMontagne; her daughter Brooke Oosterink; and her siblings-in-law, Dave, Shelby Van Haitsma, Linda, Jill, Sandy and Beverly Holstege. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
