He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Bartholomew and Betty Bartholomew; and his siblings, David Bartholomew and Susan Meekhof. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly (Meekhof); his grandchildren, Jeff and Kaylie Dean (Kalilah); his parents-in-law, Gerald and Shirley Meekhof; and his brothers, Kurt (Sherry Elders) and Jeff (Cindy Emmert). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, a nephew, cousins, and friends.
