He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry Huisken and Wilhelmina Huisken; his siblings, Verla, Larry, Darrel and Beth; his wife Joanne Grace Veldman; his daughters, Amy Beth Huisken Praestgaard, Jens Thomas Praestgaard of Boston, MA, Shelley Min Huisken-Coniglio (Mario Coniglio), Ontario, Jana Lynn Huisken (Christopher Ashe), Jennifer Sue Huisken LaPointe and Lynn LaPointe of Lansing, MI; his grandchildren, Emily Joanne and Jonathan David Spencer; and his daughters, Sofie Christina (Erik Jon) and Tahlia Shea DeCory. He was also cherished by his brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews.
