He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth John. He is survived by: his mother Henrietta; his sisters, Lynn (Rich Twilling) and Kim Vande Kopple; his nieces and nephews, Ashleigh, Joshua McCarthy, Nicholas, Vande Kopple of Kansas and Alena Vande Kopple; and his great-nephew Thomas Kenneth McCarthy (Thomas). He is also survived by sibling; extended family.
