She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Salazar and Gladys Salazar; and her daughter Susan. She is survived by: her husband Bob Welch; her sons, Michael and Robert; her stepchildren, Douglas, Donna and De-ann; her grandchildren, Shannon (Evan), Maddison and Cameron; her great grandchildren, Kaley, Natalie, Hyla and Luna; her brother Jesse (Sharon); her nieces, Amy (Nate) and Sheila; her great-nephew Noah; and her great-niece Zoey.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Matthysse Kuiper DeGraaf Funeral Home (4646 Kalamazoo Ave SE, Kentwood, MI 49508). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
