He is survived by: his children, Kristy, Kevin Van Wyhe and Mark Ipema; his grandchildren, Joshua, Megan Van Wyhe, Chris, Faith Workman, Kathryn Van Wyhe and Erik Griffin; his great grandchildren, Peter and Reyna; and his siblings-in-law, Ken and Carol Bayens. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
