He was predeceased by: his former wife Diane Hamming (Kiel); and his son-in-law Rick LePard. He is survived by: his wife Marcia (Miedema-Palmbos); his children, Darrin, Sheri, Darcy and Keith Payne; and his grandchild Darlyn LePard. He is also survived by her 3 children and 4 grandchildren.
