He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Mast and Jeannette Mast; his siblings, Harriett Mast, James Mast and Al Mast; and his siblings-in-law, Joanne Buist, Shirley Kruys, Donna, Norman Mast, Jim, Diane Crawford and Robert Boomers.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou (Boomers); his children, Kathleen, Todd Stuive (family: Josh, Emma Stuive), Cameron, Kristin Stuive, Megan, Ryan Ricketson, Ashley, Nathaniel Palace (Stetson), Karla and Paul Steensma; his grandchildren, Stephanie and Joshua Veldman; his children, Thomas, Jourdan Steensma (Isabelle), Kristine, Matthew Miller, Jordan, Lauren Kaptein, Nicole, Robby Koster, Alexis, Samuel Lubbers (Margo Lou) and Haley Kaptein; his siblings, Gordon, Phyllis Mast, Betty and Robert Zeinstra; and his siblings-in-law, Marlene Mast, Harold Buist and Jerry Kruys. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
