Stephen John Sietsema Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen John Sietsema (Hudsonville, Michigan), who passed away on November 17, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Jeffrey Sietsema. He is survived by: his wife Sue Sietsema; his children, Jo Anne Hewitt (Ken), Robin Sietsema, Joel Sietsema and John Sietsema (Susan); his grandchildren, Sarah Jones (Cooper), Andrew Hewitt (Jarilyn), Jonathan Hewitt, Nikita Sietsema, Stephen Sietsema, Lily Sietsema, Isaac Sietsema, Samuel Sietsema and Katie Sietsema; his great grandchild Jacob Jones; his sister Dora VanderHulst; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Harkema, Jane Hoekstra, Marten Vegter (Marcia), Gerda Gunnink (Arvin) and Case Vegter (Val). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Calvin Theological Seminary.
