He is survived by: his wife Harriet Karsten; his great grandchildren, Brian, Amy Karsten, Nicole, Cody Schut Curtis (Brooks), Sylvia Karsten, Tim, Jill Karsten, Jeannine and Robert Keener; and his brother-in-law Roger Brinks. He is also survived by children, grandchildren.
