He is survived by: his children, Barbara Sipka (Thomas), Dawn Mellberg (Keith), Carolyn Evans (Scott) and Alan Hayen (Kristin); his stepchildren, Debbie Gregory (Gary), Brian Ellsworth (Rhonda) and Jeff Ellsworth; and his sister Dorothy Hain. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
