He was predeceased by: his sister-in-law Deborah Karnes; his parents, William Kass and Rebecca Kass; and his father-in-law George Karnes. He is survived by: his wife Sherri Kass; his son Scott Kass; his siblings, Charna Yellen (Joel) and Debra Kass (Steve Dennen); his sibling-in-law Laurie Karnes; his mother-in-law Madelyn; his nieces and nephews, David Yellen, Kim Wallen (Paul), Beryl Herda (Mike) and Sam Dennen; his children, Kambiz and Mina; and his close friend Spock. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
