He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Brown and Georgia Brown; and his siblings, Robert and Charolette. He is survived by: his son Richard G. Brown Jr.; his grandchildren, Richard Spain, Ryan Brown (Tiffany) and Tyler Brown; and his close friend Cindy. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
