He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Putten and Irene Van Putten (Wille). He is survived by: his children, Jessica Van Putten of Spencerville, Tiffany Roszczewski of Imlay City, Michigan and Justin Van Putten of DeLand, Florida; his brother Thomas Van Putten of Minnesota; and his grandchildren, Brody Roszczewski, Gabrielle Roszczewski, Makinley Monosmith and Jackson Monosmith.
