He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Butler and Audrey Butler (Davidson); his wife Annette Alred; and his siblings, Gary Butler and Peggy Butler-Carter.
He is survived by: his son Jeremy Butler of Imlay City, MI; and his siblings, Cathy Dishman of Fort Valley, Georgia, Dorothy Sammons of Leachville, Arkansa and Jimmie Butler (Charma) of Imlay City, MI. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
