Dick Wilson Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dick Wilson of Indian River, Michigan, born in Afton, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 21, 2025 at the age of 89. He was predeceased by: his wife Maxine J. LaVere; his daughter Betty Elmhirst; and his siblings, Charlie, Hayden "Trigg", Jack, Fred, Ruth Janes, Jean Taylor and Mabel Higgins.

He is survived by: his children, Jean Thompson (Dean) of Indian River and Cameron Waggoner (JoAnn) of Tennessee; his son-in-law James Elmhirst of Shelby Township; and his brother Roland Wilson of Cheboygan. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
