He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M. Polom and Cecilia Polom (Zielinski); his daughter Kelli Sue Polom; and his siblings, Richard Polom, Joanne Billups and Alice Laczak.
He is survived by: his wife Rosalie Polom; his children, Howard Polom (Pamela) of Gaylord, Barbara Young of Elk Rapids, Patricia Lebeda (Fred) of Mattawan, Martha Brown (Joseph) of Saginaw, Daniel Polom (Joyce) of Grand Rapids, Anne Delgado (Hip) of Caldwell, ID and Michelle Davis (Bob) of Central Lake; and his sister Angie Ivey (John) of Pinconning. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
