With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas James Lavender Sr. in Inkster, Michigan, born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, who passed away on August 25, 2021 at the age of 66. He was predeceased by : his parents, Oscar Lavender and Mary Lavender. He is survived by : his wife Anna Lavender (Pettigrew); his children, Latoya, Shatina (Brandon), Anitra, Natasha, Thomas Jr. Later, Conrail Railroad and Northwest Airlines; his grandchildren, Mya, Breanna, Kiyla, Bryonn, Trevon, Tylan and Aiden; his great grandchild Bryson; and his sister Carstella Davis (Elbert). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
