He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Southwick and Moyna Beem; his wife Elaine Southwick; his daughter Susan Southwick; and his stepson Ralph Childers.
He is survived by: his son Timothy Southwick; his stepchildren, Kimberly MacDonald, Liberty Childers and Brian Childers; his grandchildren, Sarah, Keagan, Amanda, Paul James, Kloi, Alyssa, Madison, Cade, Karstyn, Dakota and Isiah; and his siblings, Steven Southwick and Yvonne Southwick. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
