We bid farewell to Carol Jean Cope (Ionia, Michigan), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 28, 2025 at the age of 90. She was predeceased by: her parents, Maxine DeMoss and Keith DeMoss; her spouse Dale Cope; her close friend Don Knight; and her son Rusty.

She is survived by: her children, Susan Montgomery (Jack) of Columbus, Lindsy Shellenbarger (Cliff) of Ionia, Michigan, Julie Bennett (Tom) of Muir, Michigan and Jeff Cope (Denise) of Ionia, Michigan; her stepson David Cope of Big Rapids, Michigan; and her pet Kelly. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
