He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Guinn, Derick Michael and Anthony Montini; and his siblings, Clayton Chapman, Calvin Chapman, Craig Chapman (Brenda), Colin Chapman, Clinton Chapman, Carol Slater (John) and Carla Morofski (Dan).
