He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Borton and Mable Borton (Hahn); and his siblings, Arlene Borton, Carl Borton, Opal Welch, Louie Borton and Donny Borton.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Borton (Hernandez); his children, Angela Priest (Gordon), David Lee Borton, Jr. and Robert Borton; and his grandchildren, Joey Borton, Robbie Borton (Kaitlyn), Mike Borton (Bethany), Brandon Borton (Kaitlyn), Autumn Carbajal, Jenny Borton, Jessica Borton, Emily Priest, Ethan Priest and Elijah Priest.
