Eileen Doornbos Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 15, 2025, at the age of 88, Eileen Doornbos (Ionia, Michigan) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Eileen Doornbos to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bob Hartman and Jacoba Hartman (VanDalen); her daughter Laurie; her son-in-law Denny Herron; her son Donny Doornbos; her great grandchild Brayden Elrod; and her sisters, Maude Miller and Jackie Wilbur.
She is survived by: her husband Don; and her children, Terri Bisanz (Dennis), Cindy McGraw (Bryan), Tammey Underhill (Robert), Carla Ford (Brian), Chuck Smith (Brenda) and Kelly Binkley. She is also survived by 67 grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lake Funeral Homes (3521 S State Rd, Ionia, MI 48846). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Lake Funeral Home-Ionia (3521 S State Rd, Ionia, MI 48846).
