We announce the death of George Ostrom of Ionia, Michigan, who passed away on July 14, 2026, at the age of 78. George will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hazel Ostrom and Elver Ostrom; and his sisters, Mary and Elizabeth. He is survived by: his wife Charleen Carrier; his daughters, Natalie (James) and Adrienne (Gary); his adoptive daughter Susan Williams; his grandchildren, Cailynn Miller, Bailey Miller and Lillian Sinke; Wyatt.
The Family would cherish any donations made to the Michigan Veterans Trust Fund in George W. Ostrom's name.
