He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Shields and Mary Shields (Welch); and his brothers, Gary and Ricky. He is survived by: his siblings, Donald Shields (Jean) of Saranac and Kathy Raison of Oklahoma; and his sister-in-law Cindy Shields of Ionia.
