He is survived by: his wife Lisa Hoover (England); his children, Erin Jammer, Jason Herbstreith and Benjamin Herbstreith; and his grandchildren, Mason Jammer, Hailie Jammer, Olivia Herbstreith, Lilly Herbstreith, Blake Herbstreith and Brook Herbstreith.
