He is survived by: his wife Martha Shockey of Ionia; his sons, Eric Lee Shockey of Ionia, John Justin Shockey (Venise) of Ionia and Charles Bruce Shockey of Ionia; his grandchildren, Cherlyn Schuler (Jason), Dana Shockey, Joshua Sewell, Elisabeth Elliott (Josh), Megan Maheshwari (Abhinav), Cassandra Wallace (Scott), Christopher Shockey (Chloe Whalon) and Kuhanchoy Brady; his great grandchildren, Julian Sewell and Oliver Wallace; and his sister Glenda Wing (Gail) of Palo.
