With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Leota Mae Shattuck of Ionia, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 14, 2026 at the age of 90. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Guy and Blanch Guy (King); her husband Vernon Shattuck; her sons, Steven Shattuck, Daniel Shattuck and David Shattuck; and her grandchildren, Nathan and Danelle.
She is survived by: her children, Laurie Weisgerber (Dave) of Ionia, Doug Shattuck (Irene) of Lyons, Scott Shattuck (Sarah) of Lyons, Mark Shattuck (Michelle) of Lyons, Morris Shattuck (Carolyn) of Ionia, Kris Shattuck (Kim) of Ionia and Dawn Shattuck-Kemp of Ionia; and her daughter-in-law Cathy Shattuck of Ionia. She is also survived by 26 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren.
