We bid farewell to Lois Ann Walker of Ionia, Michigan, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 5, 2025 at the age of 83. Lois touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, James C. Chapin and Ethel M. Chapin (Dillenback); her husband Bill; her siblings, Phyllis Adams (Lavern), Mary O'Mara, Richard (Pat), Robert, Charles and Gary Chapin; and her siblings' children, Joy Slingerland and Steve Chapin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Ward (Todd), Theresa Porta (Jeff) and Martha Bailey (Dave Brooks); her stepchildren, William Walker (Mai), Curt Walker (Elizabeth) and Bethany Hennings (Craig); and her close friend Ron Kaminski. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A rosary will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the Lehman Funeral Homes (220 Rich St, Ionia, MI 48846). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the S. S. Peter & Paul Catholic Church (434 High St, Ionia, MI 48846).
