With sadness, we share the passing of Virginia I. Trierweiler of Ionia, Michigan. Virginia, born on September 1, 1931, passed away on May 6, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Mitchel and Opal Eva Nelson (Sniff); her husband Harold F. Trierweiler; and her siblings, Max Nelson, Vern Nelson, Ralph Nelson and Janice Stiles.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Matthew Trierweiler (Emily), Landon Trierweiler, Maliree Lang (Sam), Lindsey Roth (Jason), Jessica Reisbig (Tom) and Brett Pung; and her great grandchildren, Austin, Penelope, Victoria, Olive, Charlie, Lila, Archer and Haven. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Those wishing to express their sympathy through a memorial donation are asked to consider a donation in Virginia’s name to the Alzheimer’s Association or any charity to assist the elderly who are in financial need.
