He was predeceased by: his parents, Gaetano "Guy" Ciulini and Inez Ciulini (Delcotto); and his sister Gabriella Slater. He is survived by: his daughter Sarah Ciulini Kunkel (Edward) of San Francisco; his brother Frank Ciulini of Kingsford; his former wife Sandra Ciulini; and his brother-in-law Dan Slater.
