She is survived by: her daughters, Marjean Johnson (Roger) and Roxann Hornik (Rick); her grandchildren, Peter Johnson (Anna Jean), Dr. Jonathan Johnson (Molly), Anna Spade (Dale) and Oskar Hornik (Karolyn Cudnohufsky); and her great grandchildren, Eleanor, Fiona, Lucas, Avett, Benjamin, Declan Johnson and Isabella Hornik.
